Leipzig – New Brand Design for Urban Housing

Pleasant, modern, reliable – the portrayed image of the Leipziger Wohnungsbaugesellschaft LWB, and it should be reflected in the new brand identity which is replacing the old out of date design.

The new image, developed in occasion of a pitch, which lets itself be perfectly reduced through all design fields, is based on the new Word Mark: LWB for Stability and Security, the W for Living as centre point, slightly tilted making it dynamic. Symbolic of the space provided by LWB, the likeness of two building blocks. In addition there are new fresh and somewhat more vivid corporate colours and fonts. The striking imagery grabs the graphic “pattern” playfully and the Brand Word expression is applicable in all forms of media.

Whether in print media, responsive web design, merchandise products or corporate architecture, at all points of contact the viewer can feel the welcoming, friendly and service-oriented business philosophy.
