Residence M.

An old flat was completely refurbished: new floors were put in and covered with an oak fishbone parquet floor. The suspended ceilings were taken down to reveal the old stucco. Three small rooms were turned into a spacious living area. The narrow hallway was extended by tearing down the wall to the kitchen. The kitchen counter that was put in its place is now the flat’s central living area.

Unusual materials were used: a black crocodile leather floor was laid in the bedroom, and the door to the dressing room was covered with faux ostrich skin. Grey walls contrast with the warm colour of the oak parquet and the white built-in furniture.
